Dr. Lexie Endo grew up in the Bay Area. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from Stanford and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California at Davis in 1982. She has worked here in the East Bay for the last 22 years and prior to that she worked in the Sacramento area. She works with the Lindsay Wildlife Museum and specializes in chelonian rescue, taking in injured and unwanted turtles and tortoises. She and her husband Barney live in Orinda.
Her oldest daughter Steph and husband Matt are attorneys in Lafayette. They have a web based business, kellylawgroup.com specializing in business formation, estate planning and family law. They have a 4 year old angel, Sophie. Janelle is a former Raiderette and 2005 UC Berkeley graduate. She and her husband of 3 years, Nick, live in Walnut Creek. Nick is a paramedic and hopefully will not be greeting you at the door anytime soon. Cayla is a 2007 Villanova graduate and was an equestrian event rider. She competed at the Rolex Three Day Event in 2008 & 2009. She now resides in Walnut Creek. Both Janelle and Cayla work for Google. Kyle is a clothing designer and was recently one of 10 designers chosen by Project 10, part of Magic, the largest garment trade show in the country. Look out world!! His company, Farm Tactics is located in Los Angeles. Dina is a 2011 graduate of USC and holds a degree in business. She ran cross – country and distances in track for USC, and now is hopes to run marathons. Their household includes 1 dog, 3 cats, a bird, 1 horse, koi and over 200 rescued turtles and tortoises. In her spare time (what spare time?), Lexie enjoys quilting, needlepoint and embroidery. She is a volunteer at the Lindsay Wildlife Museum, volunteers her time for SNIP(spay neuter impact program) and recently returned from a spay/neuter campaign in the Galapagos with Animal Balance.
