Lisette's experience in veterinary management started in Emergency medicine
in Marin and then she used that knowledge with a start-up Emergency
hospital in San Francisco. Her commitment to ensuring a positive client
experience while helping deliver high-quality veterinary medicine is a
crucial aspect of her professional ethos. Her goal is to create
exceptional communication with pet owners ensuring there is always clear
empathetic communication, showing compassion and empathy to help alleviate
the anxiety that often accompanies emergency situations. She believes this
helps foster a supportive and reassuring atmosphere for clients during some
of the most stressful and challenging moments they may face with their
pets. With over five years in an emergency veterinary setting, combined
with her passion for seeing animals recover drives her to go above
and beyond in her role. Making every effort to ensure a positive outcome
for both the animals and their families.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog coco
as well as traveling.

Sherylvin Aquino is a Traditional Chinese medical massage that is believed to be one of the oldest systems of bodywork. It considers both emotional and physical aspects of well-being. Tui-Na practitioners work with the concept of qi, the body’s vital life force or energy. Imbalances in qi can lead to symptoms such as pain and illness. My goal is to stimulate the flow of qi, promoting balance and health.
